How pairs of UTP cable on RJ-45 connector

To install the cable on the connector rj 45 utp please follow the guidelines below........

1. Peel the skin end of the UTP cable to taste using a cutter on Crimp Tool.
2. Open uliran each pair of wires and straighten.
3. Arrange the wires into the desired arrangement, the following arrangement of T568A and T568B pin-1 sequence at the extreme left.
4. Pinch the cable that already arranged with the thumb and forefinger to keep it evenly and massage, then flatten the end of the cable with a cutter on Crimp Tool
5. Do not remove the thumb and index finger pinching the cable for the composition does not shift, then insert the end of the cable on RJ-45 connector with Pin-1 position following.
6. Ensure each copper at the end of the cable reaches the end of the RJ-45 connector
7. Use Crimp Tool to suppress copper at the end of the RJ-45 connector for a cable connector mounted on a perfectly. 
8. Attach the connector on the other side of the cable in the same way on points 1-7
   i. For Straight-through cable, both ends of the cable uses T568B arrangement
   ii. For Cross-over cable, one end of the cable using a composition of T568A and
   other end uses T568B
9. After both connectors installed properly, use the Cable Tester to ensure that conditions attached to the perfect connectors.

12. For maximum results from external interference (noise), make sure all cables are covered by a leather cord perfectly to the inside of the connector
